A phenomenal place to work.  I came to Challenger Motor Freight as a new driver, they trained me and now I am a Driver Trainer as well as a Driver.  From day one, the support staff has been great.  I feel part of the team whether I am on the road or back in the office.  I get the miles I need, the pay package is good and I have received increases along the way.
