Every year, Challenger shows its appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its drivers by hosting a wide range of company events.

From family picnics and monthly employee barbeques, to Driver Appreciation Week and special events coordinated by the Challenger Social Committee, Challenger gives thanks to its drivers, and their families for helping it become a leader in the transportation industry.

Furthermore, in recognition of our drivers' incomparable commitment to making North American highways safer, Challenger hosts an annual Awards Banquet, honouring those drivers who had achieved a minimum one year's safe driving record.

With the increasing hazards on today's busy highways, it
is a genuine demonstration of skill and professionalism to achieve a year or more of accident free driving. Through their hard work and diligence, the award recipients exemplify what it means to be a Professional Driver.
