Driver Manager (Dispatcher)

We are currently looking for a Driver Manager (Dispatcher) to join our Cambridge Operations department.

Duties include:

• Participate in and support driver retention initiatives
• Maintain fair and equitable distribution of work
• Communicate dispatch information via satellite, phones and email
• Maintain driver relations
• Monitor driver performance
• Assist with the development of the required driver skills i.e.: customs, Hazmat, hours of service, policy, regulations, satellites, etc.
• Assist with solutions regarding any driver concerns
• Assist with driver inquiries - payroll, miles, directions, etc.
• Update customer websites relative to the position/shift
• Other duties as assigned

Hours:

• Afternoons:
  • Monday to Friday 3:30pm to Midnight
• Nights:
  • Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00pm to 7:00am
