Part-Time Customer Service
Account Representative

Duties Include:

  • Develop and maintain all details of assigned customer accounts
  • Order entry
  • Shipment tracing
  • Scheduling pick up and delivery appointments
  • Setting up custom clearances
  • Monitor detention billing/extra charges
  • Assist other co-workers when necessary
  • Telemarketing

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with both internal and external customers
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer focused
  • High level of personal energy and willingness to take the initiative in making improvements and resoling issues
  • Be able to identify potential opportunities for other Challenger services
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Competent in the use of MS Office
  • Good organization skills
  • Pleasant telephone mannerism
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be able to work as a team player

Hours:

  • Thursday and Friday, 4:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm
