We are currently looking for a Customer Service Account Representative to join our Customer Service Department.

Customer SERVICE Account REPRESENTATIVE

Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain all details of assigned customer accounts
• Order entry
• Shipment tracing
• Schedule pick up and delivery appointments
• Setting up custom clearances
• Monitor detention billing/extra charges
• Assist other co-workers when necessary
• Telemarketing

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a call centre environment preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with both internal and external customers
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer focused
• High level of personal energy and willingness to take the initiative in making improvements and resolving issues
• Be able to identify potential opportunities for other Challenger services
• Ability to work with minimal supervision         
• Competent in the use of MS Office
• Good organizational skills
• Pleasant telephone mannerism
• Willingness to learn
• Must be able to work as a team player

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
