Apprenticeship Program
Entry Level Positions

While working at this level you will be offered a variety of training opportunities that will allow you to be exposed to the changes and needs of the industry.  We incorporate a Training Incentives Program which allows individuals to work at their own pace while earning valuable knowledge and skills to perform their best.  The program encompasses module type training from our various vendors and suppliers to keep you up to date and get you ready for an Apprenticeship.

Working with your Foreman and our Training and Development Coordinator you will get prepared for your career as a Licensed Mechanic.

Wash Bay Attendant

  • Run automatic and manual Truck and Trailer Wash Bay facilities
  • Detail, Interior Wash and Shampoo tractors
  • Sweep and clean trailer floors and flat decks
  • Prepare and detail sold units
  • Maintain fluid levels and handle various chemicals
  • Enter information into the computerized work roster
  • Maintain wash bay equipment
  • Miscellaneous and clean up duties as required

Fuel & Inspection Station Attendant

  • Fuel and top-up fluid levels on trucks
  • Perform visual inspections on trucks and trailers by checking for worn, loose, damaged, missing or defective components on lights, brakes, tires, suspension, and body
  • Replace lights as required
  • Replenish tire pressures
  • Greasing Fifth wheels
  • Enter information into the computerized work roster
  • Miscellaneous and clean up duties as required
