Challenger Motor Freight has been built on a tradition of continually challenging ourselves to achieve new standards of quality and performance in our industry. I'm proud to say that, throughout our 30 year history, we have worked in partnership with our customers, suppliers and employees to set new standards of excellence for our industry. This commitment has put us at the forefront of important advancements in technology and safety, and Challenger has been recognized on numerous occasions in recognition of our efforts in the areas of safety, efficiency and business excellence.

Since starting Challenger in 1975, I have seen significant changes in the transportation industry that have reshaped the parameters of our business. Technological advancements continue to take Challenger in exciting new directions by allowing us to improve operating efficiencies and provide enhanced services to meet our customers increasingly diversified transportation needs and improved operating efficiencies. Today, Challenger offers a full range of transportation, logistics and integrated services to Canadian, US, and Mexican markets.

Challenger has moved into a new state of the art headquarters located on 50+ acres of land. This facility incorporates state of the art maintenance facilities, driver amenities, safety lanes, automatic wash and fueling stations as well as a highly advanced administrative centre. These facilities will help ensure that our fleet is reliable, safe and repaired as efficiently as possible. It will also help our drivers be comfortable, well rested and ready to serve our customers in the best possible way.

While acquisitions will be an important part of Challenger's plans for growth, the company is also focusing on building revenue through strategies that will maximize its investments in equipment, strengthen ancillary services to complement core strengths, and as always develop new and innovative ways to meet customers needs.
