Warehouse Team Leader

Location:

• Groh Ave. Warehouse, Cambridge, ON

Duties Include:

• Lead and train Shift Leaders and staff  to meet customer needs
• Ensure customer shipping and receiving requirements are met on a timely basis
• Maintain all standard operating procedures. Update
  or revise to meet customer needs
• Actively monitor and communicate any changes to customer activity
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Maintaining accurate customer inventory control files
• Communicating via phone and/or electronic communication to satisfy customer needs
• Working to build and maintain effective customer relationship
• Working with employees to meet their needs and customer driven goals
• Providing prompt, polite communication to all parties
• Related duties as assigned by management
• Constantly reviewing work process and provide suggestions for process improvement

Hours:

• Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Afternoons: Monday to Thursday, 5:45pm - 2:15am
  & Friday, 4:45pm - 1:15am

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 graduate preferred, computer literate
• G Driver’s License
• Previous supervision/leadership required
• Effective communication (both verbal and written)
• Must be a good team player
• Self motivated and ability to create a motivated environment
• Creative and effectively solve problems
• Ability to lead and be action oriented
• Flexibility is a must.  Must support Customer’s hours of operation (Including overtime)
