Available Positions

Fuel and Inspection Station Attendant

Duties Include:

  • Fueling and topping up fluid levels on trucks
  • Performing visual inspections on trucks and trailers by checking for worn, loose, damaged, missing or defective components on lights, brakes, suspension, tires and body
  • Replacing lights as required
  • Topping up tire pressures
  • Greasing Fifth wheels
  • Entering information into the computerized work roster (Enrich system)
  • Miscellaneous and clean up duties as required

Hours:

  • Weekend Nights: Friday to Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 graduate required
  • Valid G Drivers’ License
  • Preference will be given to those with the following experiences:
    • Fueling trucks
    • Inspection of trucks and trailers
    • Minor repairs and replacement of parts to trucks and trailers
    • Yard and Shop maintenance
  • Computer literate
  • Reliable, dependable
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
