One of my proudest moments during my employment with Challenger was when the company received the award of being one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies". The Team at Challenger is dedicated, hardworking and most of all has fun working together.

I am proud that the Human Resources Team plays an integral part in hiring the right people and helps to develop effective training programs for our employees.

The Transportation industry is exciting and fast paced. We offer a variety of career paths in our business and I often hear people say that once you have worked in the industry it is in your blood forever.
