In our ongoing pursuit to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction, Challenger Motor Freight has integrated the Yard Smart™ Yard Management System with our existing Warehouse Management and Ops/Admin systems. 

Yard Smart™ is the premier agent-based yard-management software in the industry.  With it we can effectively:

• Monitor position and status of tractors and plan tractor moves
• Reduce short ships, late departures and prioritize unload of hot products
• Automate the assignment of all tasks using agent-based decision making
• Accelerate gate transactions and improve throughput
• Ensure on-time trailer departure by planning and automating loading steps
• Prepare, execute and monitor trailer journeys (multi-move trips) within the yard or departing from the yard
• Automate trailer maintenance scheduling and ensure only safe trailers are on the road
• Provide a global, real-time view of everything in our yard right down to the SKU level
