Our Drivers

At Challenger Motor Freight Inc., safety always comes first. That's why we hire only the most highly qualified, dedicated professional drivers who meet Challenger's stringent safety standards. We've purposely set these standards higher than the Canadian and US regulatory requirements to ensure we get the very best applicants.

All Challenger drivers must complete a minimum of 24 hours of classroom instruction before they handle your product. Our team of full time trainers also makes sure our drivers receive ongoing and extensive training and testing both on and off the road in company procedures, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.

Challenger's driver recognition programs reward job performance and safety records, but our talented team hasn't gone unnoticed by North American transportation organizations. We're proud to say we have one of the most highly decorated driving forces in the industry!
