Located in London, Ontario, Elgin Motor Freight's primary focus is to service automotive parts manufacturers in southwestern Ontario and Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

With over 170 drivers, Elgin Motor Freight has a fleet of 175 late model Volvo and Freightliner highway tractors and over 350 dry vans, the majority of which are 53 foot air ride units.
As part of our inter-company operating procedures, Elgin Motor Freight routinely interchange trailers with Challenger Motor freight, which effectively gives them access to another 1800 vans.

The terminal features complete maintenance and fueling facilities, as well as dispatch, customer service, administration and sales departments.

90% of Elgin loads are trans-border, primarily at Detroit and Port Huron gateways. They are fully compliant on all Canadian and US border requirements.

Operating out of Newmarket, Ontario, Cam Hiltz Trucking Inc. is a waste hauler moving household wastes from Metro Toronto area to landfills in Michigan, US.

Motor City Express, Inc. is a joint venture between James Group International and Challenger Motor Freight, established in 2002 to provide truckload transportation services for the North American Automotive Industry.

Motor City Express specializes in providing dedicated round trip truckload, milk runs, and expedited services for automotive manufactures in the United States and Canada on a Just-In-Time (JIT) basis.

Recently, MCX was recognized by General Motor Corporation, as 2006 General Motors Supplier of the Year for Inbound Truckload Services.  MCX demonstrated world class performance that exceeded General Motors expectations in the areas of quality, service, technology and competitive pricing.
